Supervisory Board

Marianie is a Bachelor of Economic Science in Finance & Accounting, She also holds a professional degree of Risk Management Expert in Insurance (AMRP). She has vast experience in finance, accounting, auditing and tax consultancy. She ever held some management position as Director at PT Melindo Investama, PT Universal Nilaitama and currently as Chief Commissioner (Supervisory Board) of PT ABB Insurance Brokers.

He is a Master of Management with extensive experience. Long career in Government Bureaucracy. In 2012 as Head of Subsection of Ministry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia, in 2013 He joined the Financial Service Authority of Republic of Indonesia (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) with his last assignment as Head of Supervision – Directorate of Non-Bank Financial Industry prior his retirement in 2016. Currently He is the Commissioner (Supervisory Board) of PT ABB Insurance Brokers.

Executive Board

Herdi Santoso is an insurance professional with more than 30 years of extensive experience in the industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University and several professional qualifications, including Ahli Asuransi (AAIK) and Ahli Manajemen Risiko Perasuransian (AMRP), awarded by the Indonesian Association of Insurance Management Professionals (AAMAI) and the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP); Certified Indonesian Insurance & Reinsurance Broker (CIIB), awarded by the Indonesian Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (APARI); and Fellow Certified Insurance Practitioner (ANZIIF (Fellow) CIP) from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. He began his career as a Management Trainee at PT Asuransi Artarindo. In 1999, he joined PT Arthagraha General Insurance as Deputy Underwriting Manager, subsequently serving as Operations Director in 2004 and President Director in 2010. He also served as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT UAF Jaminan Kredit, a credit guarantee company. In 2014, he joined PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna Tbk as Operations Director before joining PT ABB Insurance Brokers in 2015. He also served on the Board of Commissioners of PT Artha Dana Mandiri (Artha Reinsurance Brokers) until 2024. In addition to his extensive experience in the insurance industry, he is a Certified Mediator who actively serves as a non-judge mediator at District Courts and the National Mediation Center (Indonesia Mediation Center).

Rianita Natalia Sinaga is a professional in the insurance industry with more than 25 years of experience. She holds an educational background in finance, having earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from UPN Veteran Jakarta. To further strengthen her strategic and managerial expertise, she pursued two Master's Degrees (S2) in Management with different concentrations: Marketing Management from IMNI School of Management and Risk Management from STMA Trisakti. This combination of academic disciplines provides her with a competitive advantage in understanding business dynamics, risk management, and the development of marketing strategies within the insurance industry. In addition to her formal education, she holds several professional certifications, including Certified Indonesian Insurance & Reinsurance Broker (CIIB) from the Indonesian Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (APARI), and Associateship of the Islamic Insurance Society (AIIS) from the Indonesian Sharia Insurance Association. Her career in the insurance industry began in 2000 at PT Fresnel Perdana Mandiri, and since 2021 she has served as a Director at PT ABB Insurance Brokers. With extensive experience, strong professional competencies, and proven leadership, Rianita Natalia Sinaga plays an active role in driving business development and enhancing service quality within the insurance brokerage industry.
